Saturday, 17 August.  Storytelling and other activities, hear the tales of our mighty ship and why she came to @newport and never left.  We will have our sandbox out for budding archaeologists to practise their skills as a digger.

“Story in a box” – create your own water themed scene to spark your imagination and create stories. Craft materials and shoe box supplied. Suitable for 3yrs +. No need to pre-book. 11am – 3pm, free workshops.

“Sea creatures” – using recycled materials create your own under the sea creature to take home. Suitable for 3yrs+. No need to pre-book. 11am – 3pm, all materials provided for this free workshop.
